Thank you x100 - I was pretty sure DCPD was wrong (it would be pretty much 'District of Columbia Police Department' and that's obviously not right) but haven't started really digging into my Washington research. I don't suppose I could keep you pick your brain? Or that you could point me to someone/somewhere else?
